Refund policy

Returns
Returns are simple. If you've purchased your item on insubeauty.co.uk follow the below instructions.

1. Re-pack your item in it's original condition and box. Include your order confirmation slip. Send the item back to us via a recorded method, if your in the UK, Royal Mail Signed For service is perfect. 

2. Email info@insubeauty.com letting us know to expect your return.

3. Wait for us to receive your parcel and you will be refunded via your original payment method.

You can return your order within 14 days from the receipt date. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your return must be sent to our returns address Insu Beauty, 44 Riverside Way, M66HN, Salford, England. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (For online orders, this will be your order number).

If you purchased your product in a store, please return your product directly to the store you purchased from with proof of purchase. If the store return policy has passed, please email us at info@insubeauty.com and we can offer an exchange if the item is faulty. You will need your original receipt.

Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be refunded your original shipping fee but will be required to pay the shipping for your return. You will not be required to pay for shipping for the replacement item. We will advise you of the return address and your return number.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days of being notified of your return acceptance and you are in the UK please email us on info@insubeauty.com

If you haven't received a refund after 14 days of being notified of your return acceptance and you outside of the UK please email us on info@insubeauty.com


Sale items (if applicable)
You will be refunded the sale amount.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Where you receive a faulty or damaged product then we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Replacements will be sent free of charge subject to the return of any faulty or damaged goods. 

You will be refunded your original shipping fee but will be required to pay the shipping for your return. You will not be required to pay for shipping for the replacement item. We will advise you of the return address and your return number.

Shipping
Please ensure you return your product using a trackable shipping service. We cant be held responsible if the item is sent un-tracked and we do not receive it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
